Hello, my name is Naima El Khatteeb. I’m an Art Director with a background in Design Management, having completed a Master’s degree that shaped my strategic and creative foundation. Since then, I’ve collaborated with a range of creative and fashion agencies, building experience across diverse brands and visual identities.

My journey led me to Truus in Amsterdam, where I worked across multiple media platforms that include TVCs, OOH, social content, 360° campaigns, and photoshoots—guiding projects from initial concept development through to on-set execution, ensuring a cohesive and impactful creative vision at every stage.

For the past year and a half, I’ve been freelancing as an Art Director in Amsterdam, partnering with event agencies to conceptualize and produce immersive events and supporting content, translating brand narratives into engaging spatial and digital experiences.

Outside of work, I draw inspiration from travel, discovering new food spots, painting and refining my henna artistry :)
